Administration of School Interview Bookings
To promote efficiency and accuracy, PTO is designed using existing databases within your school. Information is extracted from the administration system and imported directly into our system.
After your school data is loaded into our system, administration staff:
- Check that all data is correct
- Set the interview date/s and parameters (length of interviews, availability of staff etc.)
- Provide staff and parents with access to the system
- Sit back and monitor the interviews being made!
As an administrator, you can operate within the system as any teacher or parent. This enables you to easily book interviews on behalf of parents without internet access.
