What does PTO cost?
Our online booking system prices start from as little as 70 cents (AUD) a student per year. This allows complete access to the system for multiple interview rounds throughout the year. Many clients also choose to use the system throughout the year for information night or training night bookings.

Alternatively, the system may be purchased for a single use.

When considering the hours usually required by Admin staff and teachers to organise school interviews, we calculate that the system more than pays for itself the first time it is used! Contact us to find out further details on pricing.

What about parents without internet access?
PTO allows admin staff to easily book teacher interviews on behalf of parents.

Another solution is to make an internet-enabled computer available in the school foyer during the lead-up to interviews in order to make interview bookings.

How secure is internet booking?
PTO maintains the highest level of Internet Security available. This means that any data entered into the system is as secure as information held by banks and large businesses.

What software or hardware do we need?
Schools and parents will need access to the internet using any standard browser.

Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Google Chrome are all fine to use.

Do you use cookies on your site?
Internet cookies are small pieces of information in text format that are downloaded to your computer when you visit some websites. We do not use them at all on our PTO site.
